Happy National Donut Day! If you’re interested in making some homemade brioche donuts then you have come to the right place.

1/3C Warm Water
4 1/3C Flour
2 1/2 t Salt
Hot Donut Tip:
If your kitchen isn’t warm enough you can prove (let rise) it in the oven at 60 degrees with no fan
