Brioche Donuts

Happy National Donut Day! If you’re interested in making some homemade brioche donuts then you have come to the right place.

Check out our video below as we make and decorate some cute brioche donuts with our resident cop, rug maker and casual shop worker Lucy.

We have included the ingredients below as well as some extra tips. For the method check out the video!

1/3C Warm Water
7g yeast
4 1/3C Flour
⅓C sugar
2 1/2 t Salt
6 eggs
280g Butter

Hot Donut Tip:
If your kitchen isn’t warm enough you can prove (let rise) it in the oven at 60 degrees with no fan
